Affiliate Policy

1. Participation

• Any user aged 18 or over with an active, verified account can take part.
• Participation is free and there is no minimum traffic requirement.
• You may not refer yourself, or people using the same device or household, in order to bypass these rules.

2. Commission

• You earn 5% of every referred user's confirmed earnings, for as long as their account stays active.
• Commission is a bonus on top — it never reduces what the referred user earns.
• Commission is recorded as pending and becomes confirmed once the advertiser approves the referred user's conversion.
• If an advertiser reverses a conversion, the matching commission is deducted.

3. Attribution

A referral is attributed from the referral link or code stored on the first visit (up to 30 days), on a last-click basis. An account can only be linked to one referrer and that link is not changed later.

4. Allowed promotion

• Your own sites, blogs, social channels, YouTube, streams, communities and newsletters.
• Honest messaging: real payout rates, and a note that earnings depend on country and available offers.
• Clear disclosure of the affiliate relationship (for example “affiliate link”) as required by local law and platform rules.

5. Prohibited promotion

• Spam (email, comments, DMs), traffic bought from pop-up/adware networks, cloaking, typosquatting.
• Guaranteed-earnings claims, fake balance screenshots, impersonating StackTycoon or MoneyPulse LLC.
• Paid search on our brand name (“StackTycoon”) without our written permission.
• Bots, multiple accounts, device farms, VPNs and emulators used to generate fake referrals.
• Promotion aimed at people under 18 or in jurisdictions where the Service is unavailable.

6. Consequences of a breach

A breach results in voided commission, reversed referrals and, in case of fraud, account closure with no right to funds obtained through abuse. Anti-fraud decisions are based on technical data and advertiser signals.

7. Payouts and changes

Commission goes into your normal balance and is subject to the same thresholds and payout rails as other rewards. We may change the commission rate or programme rules with notice on the site; changes never apply retroactively to already confirmed commission. Questions: partners@stacktycoon.com.
