Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data StackTycoon collects, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. MoneyPulse LLC is the data controller.
1. Data controller
The controller is MoneyPulse LLC, 1201 N Orange St. Suite 7665, Wilmington, DE 19801-1186, USA (Entity ID 10459129, EIN 98-1942457). Data enquiries: privacy@stacktycoon.com.

We do not knowingly collect special category data or data from anyone under 18.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service (account, offer crediting, balances, withdrawals) — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Fraud prevention and security (IP, device, abuse detection) — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Conversion attribution with advertisers — contract performance and, for marketing cookies, your consent.
- Analytics and product development — consent (analytics cookies) or legitimate interests for aggregated data.
- Legal and tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Who we share data with
- Ad networks and advertisers (including Affise) — the click identifier and data needed to settle a conversion.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, authentication, transactional email.
- Crypto payout providers — the address and transaction amount.
- Public authorities — where required by law.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Data may be processed in the USA and other countries. For transfers out of the EEA/UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses together with additional safeguards.
6. Retention
- Account data — for as long as the account exists.
- Ledger and withdrawal records — up to 7 years (accounting and anti-fraud); these are append-only and cannot be deleted.
- Technical and security logs — up to 24 months.
- Cookie consent — up to 12 months, or until you change it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights, including the right to know, the right to delete and freedom from discrimination for exercising them. Requests: privacy@stacktycoon.com. You may also complain to your supervisory authority.
8. Security
We use encrypted transport, row-level data isolation, least-privilege access and an append-only ledger. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Cookies
Cookie use is described in our Cookie Policy. You can change your choices at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
