Terms of Use

1. Who we are

StackTycoon (the “Service”) is operated by MoneyPulse LLC, Entity ID 10459129, EIN 98-1942457, 1201 N Orange St. Suite 7665, Wilmington, DE 19801-1186, USA (“we”, “us”, the “Operator”).

The Service is a get-paid-to rewards platform. We are not a bank, exchange, broker or payment service provider.We do not accept deposits and we do not provide investment services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You may not use the Service from a sanctioned jurisdiction or anywhere its use would be unlawful.
• One person may hold one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and their balances voided.

3. Your account

You can register with email and password or with Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

4. Offers, crediting and balances

• Offers come from third-party advertisers and affiliate networks. Availability, payouts, terms and requirements can change at any time.
• Offers are credited based on a postback notification from the advertiser. We do not control their decision to approve or reject a conversion.
• Rewards are first recorded as pending and become confirmed after the advertiser's review window.
• An advertiser can reverse a conversion (chargeback). The matching amount is then deducted from your balance, including after confirmation.
• Your balance is recorded in USD cents and is purely a record of rewards. It is not a deposit, e-money or an investment and earns no interest.

5. Crypto withdrawals

• Withdrawals are paid from your confirmed balance once the minimum threshold for the selected rail is met.
• You are responsible for the address and network you provide. Crypto transactions are irreversible — funds sent to a wrong address are lost.
• We may hold a withdrawal while we complete anti-fraud checks or meet a legal obligation.
• The final crypto amount depends on the exchange rate at the time of processing and on network fees.

6. Prohibited activity

• VPNs/proxies, emulators, device farms, or spoofing location or device to bypass offer targeting.
• Bots, scripts, automation, fake data, test cards, stolen data or identities.
• Multiple accounts, click exchanges, mutual crediting, or incentivising traffic against advertiser terms.
• Tampering with postbacks, or interfering with our API or security.

Breaches result in voided earnings, refused withdrawals and account closure. No payment is owed for conversions obtained through abuse.

7. Referrals

Referrals are additionally governed by our Affiliate Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is”. We may change, limit or discontinue features, the offer catalogue and payout rates. We will announce material changes to these terms on the site or by email; continued use means you accept them.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost profits, an advertiser's failure to credit an offer, crypto price movements, blockchain delays, or the consequences of an incorrect withdrawal address. Our total liability is limited to the confirmed balance on your account.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may close an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or a legal obligation. Ledger records are append-only and are retained for as long as the law requires.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. Complaints: support@stacktycoon.com.
